BOS has been like a new signing so far this season.

Very good again tonight.

Scienza is one of the best wingers in the league and he didn't have a sniff all game.

Booked 4 games on the bounce now, needs to improve his discipline.

Gets caught out a lot IMO. His positioning and touch inside which subsequently led to their free kick was really poor

Having said that, miles better than last season

Yeah, this is where his recovery speed is such a weapon, not just for himself, but for the defence in general. I love Laird, but right now I think the right back berth is Bright's.

Playing much better and clearly gaining the confidence of the manager. I was still frustrated he gave away the free kick that led to the corner they scored from. No need. Neumann, who was immense, had it covered and was a couple of yards closer to our goal than the lad he fouled.

Agree with this but what a fantastic option to have to replace BOS with

He and Neumann seem to really benefitted from the change in style this season. They're just being asked to defend now rather than build up, which highlights their strengths. I think it's problematic that we can't build out from the right hand side at all, and expect we'll be exposed at some point this season by teams targeting our left side, but it's working well so far. He's pretty dynamite defending 1 vs. 1. Ask him to do much else and we're in trouble. I think Bagel compared him to Walker in Pep's teams, which I agree with. That worked because they had other players to progress the ball, but I think it's obvious that we lack this at the moment. I do hope Bird can be the man to slot in at RCM and solve all those issues though.

Just hope he remembers to take Scienza out of his pocket before leaving the stadium.

Players are going to make mistakes. There would never be a goal scored, otherwise. He's improved a lot.

He’s been the most improved player, I really like this BOS that we are seeing. Held himself accountable for last season which is good to see such honesty and willingness to fight for his place

Reminds me of Kyle Walker a lot.

His recovery speed is a fantastic asset for us.

He has his flaws on the ball, and I mentioned his current rate of picking up yellow cards already, but we seem to have flipped the attacking fullback role to the left with Bright in the side and he's looked much better for it. Scienza caused us no end of problems last season and Bright had his number all night, except for the foul that led to his booking.

His good form also means we're not so reliant on Laird keeping fit, meaning we can rotate as required to keep them both fresh.

Good to see him getting the plaudits he deserves at last, thought he had a strong finish to last season and has been outstanding so far this season. Case for MOTM for me last night and vs Wrexham, though Neuman deserved it for his brace.
