Does anyone really believe that we have a season ticket waiting list in excess of 14,000 ?

Over 3,000 empty seats last night.....huge sections of the Gill Merrick empty last night......which always looks terrible when empty.....

Are the club saying that we have sold out of our season tickets for this season ?

The club limited the sales of STs to 20,000. We give 2,200 to away fans and with a capacity of around 28,000 now we have around 5,800 tickets available, the majority been in the Railway End.

What I dont understand is why the club didnt sell a thousand or even two thousand more STs, got that guarenteed revenue in and if they were going to do the 'You must put your ST on the exchange' you would have potentially gotten more income that way also if someone wanted a ticket they would have to pay a full match day price for someones ST.

Feel like they have missed a trick there.

I mentioned it the other week and some of the clique started stoning me .

If you want to stay on the waiting list you should have to buy tickets for a certain number of games per season

I'm on the waiting list. I'd have bought one this summer if offered the chance.

Also live on London / Surrey border, run my own business, have an 8yo and a life outside Blues so would have also missed a few games, including last night.

All the same reasons STHs miss games, applies to non-STHs.

Some of the 14,000 would buy, some wouldn't.

Really is no more interesting than that..

I thought we would be selling out for every home game.....just wanted gauge peoples opinions that's all.....you are right though....you can't have a different opinion to a few on here........wouldn't surprise me if they don't even go to the home games.....

Registered a few days ago - couldn't come on and stir the shit because we didn't lose last night, so found another negative instead.

Exact same scenario I live in Southend and would go to every game if I had a season ticket. Only game I’ve missed was last night including away games and going Norwich as it went to general sale.

Whatever anyone says we really should of had more bums on seats last night.

With 14k on the waiting list you would think at least 20 - 25% of them would have wanted a ticket for last night yet clearly most of them did not bother.

Also you would think they would want to attend as many games as possible so that they are in with a shout of getting a ST next season. I am not sure how many of the 14K on the list would actually buy a ST if they were offered one right now.

It's called work and midweek commitments.

It happens for many reasons: Shift workers, kids back at school this week, free pool with every pint at Rileys... the list goes on.

You can post what you want, but when you join a few days ago and your only posts are negative against the club, with the fact we have saddo vilers lurking on here constantly....what do you think?
What do you think of KH - think they are conning us? or are you looking forward to the Powerhouse and SQ? going to completely change the club forever. Great ain't it?
