Half a dozen stewards with colour coded posters checking people coming through the turnstiles last night at the Kop, seen a few people getting questioned and a couple being taken back out presumably to the ticket office.

The Kop problem was tickets randomly not scanning. Ticket office staff getting the grief for poor technology. Many were late into the game. Not a good look.

Absolutely, turnstiles have been flashing different colours for a while now.

Quite right, there's been some clear abuse in Arthur's Area for a while...Adults sitting together, obviously scanning kids tickets in.

Yes it was definitely happening last night . A dozen stewards one seemed to be the team leader with a walkie talkie .

Tbh I stood on the concourse by the Box to Box behind the turnstiles for ten minutes .

I didn't see anybody stopped or questioned by the stewards, but others are saying they did .

we asked the guy what was going on and he said they were checking that people were coming in under the correct category , they nabbed a bloke and a young teenager when they got through the turnstile together and chucked them out
