People by me last night were saying he's the worst striker they've seen since Brock Madsen, shocking, waste of money etc.

He's had a handful of minutes, either off the bench to run around a bit or against Brentford. He's come from a foreign league, I don't even know if he speaks the language.

We've got to give him time.

I get ya buddy but he’s got form for the above and imo to call other fans morons is a bit of a blanket dig .
That’s all I’m saying.
We should be embracing fellow forum members and let them voice.
However I do get it and accept those very few that just look for reactions.

He possesses considerably more acceleration than Dykes which gives the defenders a bit more to think about.

In his appearances so far he's been limited to chasing shadows.

Would probably make more sense to judge once we've played the ball into him more to see what he can do.

I can't even think of a time he's had a proper chance on goal really - impossible to make a proper judgement on a striker under those circumstances.

You're being harsh atm.

He needs a little more time and a lot more minutes .

The ball has been lumped up to his head in the main.Which doesn't look like his forte or something he is comfortable with.

I think he'll benefit from the ball played to his feet more as Priske did last night .

I think he did well yesterday. Won a couple of headers and then drew a couple of free kicks. I don’t think the Soton CB’s enjoyed playing against him. That’s his job and in my opinion already offering more than Dykes.

I know he has limited mins (Did start v Brentford), missed a pen v Barca, but I am struggling to see what he offers so far?

Maybe needs more time, but he doesnt look very good does he? Or am I being very harsh.
