No this site...had it on my old phone...this is android I have here as was the old one
There’s no SHA app but you can save webpages to your Home Screen so they look like one.
No idea how you do it in android but you click the square with an arrow at the bottom of an iPhone screen and click “add to Home Screen”. Must be somewhat similar on Android.

Assuming you are using Chrome you just click "Add to Home Screen" using the three dots menu in the top right corner
