Maybe because Private Browsing is likely enabled, which deletes cookies after each session, or cookies are being cleared due to other settings, such as browser cleanup or being on a different network. Other causes can include issues with your iCloud Private Relay, a corrupted cache, or specific site settings.
Disable Private Browsing: Go to Settings > Safari and make sure "Private Browsing" is turned off. When this is on, it will not save your login information.
Check which websites you've opted to not save passwords for. Go to Settings > Apps > Passwords and tap "Show excluded websites".
Turn off iCloud Private Relay: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Private Relay and temporarily turn it off to see if it resolves the issue.
