Rashid and Bashir refused Visas by the Indian Government, this means they won't travel for the warm up games and, don't know if they'll be able to join up at any time. Hopefully, the ECB will grow a pair and threaten to pull out of the tournament. It probably will be sorted but,ECB,make the first move.

not that I agree with it, but it happens every single tour over there to any player of pakistani origin, they might have done and its still taking ages but i'd hope they'd have started the visa process way sooner.

the big problem is it leaves us without 2 spinners for an ODI series in Sri Lanka that we might need to win to qualify for the World Cup, 8th in the table currently.

Cricket is completely beholden to india and its whims now. The ICC and the BCCI have become extensions and soft power tools of the Indian government. The ECB can’t (and won’t) do shit.

Wasn’t there an American who was denied too?
