There was something wrong with the Booking system from day 1.

What was seen online and the Staff in the Box2Box bar were the same,
and basically the Upper seats only.

However my mate who wasn't happy with his tickets went to the Ticket
Office and was shown a totally different Map with loads of Tickets in
the Middle Tier and whoever served him said she couldn't understand
why everyone couldn't book these seats.

Not sure whose fault it is The Club, Wembley or Ticketmaster but there was
a 2 tier system.

It's going to be a few hundred tops, but the club could have avoided this by letting people book their tickets through the OSCs in an open and transparent manner, they know all the OSC members client refs and priorities, all they had to do was ask each branch leader to collect a list of names who wanted to book through the branch and sit them together.

In my mind they should also have openly given OSC members priority over general sale, for no other reason than to make some more money for the Foundation. Sure some people would have moaned but nobody in the General Sale section has much of an argument as to why an OSC members shouldn't be ahead of them in the queue.

There isn’t a bad example cos they shouldn’t have blocks ringfenced for them

For what it’s worth I have a mate who goes everywhere with his team ( not blues) and has done for many years and they get tickets through the Osc of his team he follows and on his osc your issued tickets to certain away games where allocations are smaller then other clubs by how many games you have been to it’s a way of getting tickets to fans that go to more games which is fair so as for blues starting these osc clubs I get it is a way of giving away tickets to the ones that go to the most games 1st ,as for Wembley look we have just under 44 thousand tickets we should all get one all the views in all the seats are good , and no I’m not in a osc either but it’s the way the club want to do away travel now so Ephesus either get on board or don’t go away games .

OSC members should have been a published priority category ahead of general sale.

When there are only limited tickets available when general sale is open people will do the maths and realise thousands of tickets are sold outside these categories.

This is at best, poor optics

Early last week when Blue in CT was asking about Tickets I suggested
he should join an OSC if possible because I had heard they were getting
tickets.

Was there a reason my post was removed ?

But they would have got their tickets on Thursday, the majority go to every game so
why shouldn't they be allowed to sit together.
