Having a single storey extension built. But due to fowl water pipe I require drawings made up. Any recommendations? I live in north Birmingham. Thanks in advance.

why would a foul water pipe require you to get drawings done?

Seven Trents pipes so they require drawings and then I've got to get a pre work cctv survey and then a post work survey.

so you're doing a build over agreement with them? if so just get a really basic section done. they dont really need any detail, just show the drain at a notional level and note that the exact position and level of drain will be determined on site via hand excavation.

ps if the sewer is less than 150mm diam you can self-cert

So you've got to pay to have somebody swanning around your property doing a survey?

I see. Eider thought they needed to physically survey the pipe themselves.

I think the real question is feather or not he can just deal with it via a build-over license.
