People claim we’re cursed; it’s poetically ironic that we went down this season with the positive changes off the pitch.

I’d reword “cursed” slightly…I think it’s in our DNA as a football club to struggle and underperform. We’re older than most clubs. 2 league cups to show since 1875.

Know I sound like a negative prat but genuinely think we might not even get play-offs let alone automatics.

Hope they prove me wrong

No mate it takes time to turn our shit show around. These guys picked up the pieces after the transfer window was done and we had nothing to really spend.

This will be the making of us.

If they knew that why upset the apple cart? It doesn’t make sense. If we had a manager that was working well with what we had, and they knew we couldn’t have more, why change?

There’s no logic in that argument. It’s as if the board are completely passive.

and they have said it was a mistake that they won't make again.

How can we be sure of that with the same people in charge? You can't unlearn poor judgement overnight.
