Are we all still very annoyed with him? I find this all very annoying when we have proper money to spend but still rifleing around the bottom of the dustbins for the scraps when other teams are chucking the Wonga about themselves this man's actions alone have messed it up for the rest of us...

Ren out out out.
Yeah he's a charlatan and an idiot.

Sooner he goes the better.

We need an experienced football man, or woman, at the helm.
We deserve our club back

If Ren goes do you think we'll get one?

Ren's a problem but it might be the problem is higher up the chain

No I don't, I expect we'd replace him with another version.

It's the boardroom equivalent of replacing Redknapp with Cotterill.

Interesting, still championing his sacking?

I do think Ren is a huge part of the problem - and not just for the football side of things.

However, I'm also conscious he's part of a bigger problem for me in the way the club is run.

Other people may feel differently, just my opinion.

Not really his actions alone. Managers and fans alike all wanted signings. He was naive but any idea that things may have gone differently with others involved may also be wide of the mark.
Not saying REN is innocent but surely Dein and his mate were the most guilty!

Much rather we had someone with footballing knowledge in charge. What’s Gary Cook upto these days?

I think what some people may feel with the way this whole thing has panned out is, until we're away from Chinese ownership it will continue as it is - a feeling of pass the parcel.
It's not like we've managed to suddenly become involved with some super multi-billionaire sugar daddy like wolves. We always seem to be mysteriously linked to someone who 'might have once had a bit of money' and are stagnating. It's got better lately, than the depths of the Carson era, but we're still 'floating along' at the minute after a series of super near misses.

Thought he did a nice job at city and isn’t the rumour he is blues

How do we feel about him as a fan base? Do we want him out or better the devil you know?

FWIW I think he should be fecked off. His arrogance and incompetence has cost us a great opportunity to actually build for the first time in years; and will most likely lose us our best manager in a long time. First decent opportunity that comes up for Monk and he'll be gone.

Ren has a history of football and financial mismanagement and is responsible for all of the restrictions we now are placed under. He needs to go.

If we want to prevent dodgy characters we need blues to be in English ownership

Where people are from doesn't matter, ask Northampton fans re their "English" owners or Leeds fans re Risdale etc
18:29, Thu 9 Aug
Yeh totally agree! Sure wolves are fairly happy with the owners they have. We aren’t as lucky

Yes not bothered about nationality just that they're competent and have enough funds

At least there owners weren't faceless.

We have had faceless owners with figureheads running our club for the last 9 years now. For all their faults at least we knew who was owning us when Gold and Sulivan was around- there was more accountability to fans who pay their money to watch games- now we have a figurehead who knows precious little about running a football or tried appeasing Arry to get him back as the full time manager, overspent we haven't recovered.

There is no transparency we do not know who owns our club and when Carson owned our club we ended up getting a corrupt secretive owner- then he got banged up for being dodgy and reading OP's blog on this Mr. King- he doesn't fill me with confidence. Other than the rich overlord who may be dodgy changing- and us having a bit of money to spend last year, what has changed?

Just a missing £10m plus and an unfinished stand and nearly sending the club under

Also an argument to say we were only a saleable asset because of them though is there not? I wasn't there biggest fan but I'd take them over anything we've had since tbh
21:02, Thu 9 Aug
I agree to an extent.

If they hadn't of sold on to Yeung we might not have won the cup 😛
21:11, Thu 9 Aug
We were a penalty shoot out away from winning it under their ownership as well mind. They were offered at least 150% of the club's market value, and with no love lost between them and the fans on either side you can see why they sold up. Doesn't stop me resenting them for not seeing the writing on the wall from CY though
