Do you know what, Win Lose or Draw it doesn’t feel as bad whatever the outcome when the team just puts a shift in like today.
So many times (Home games) of late they haven’t done that, and that’s what grates most. One thing as Blues fans we always want is a bit of effort and graft. Anything else is inexcusable.
Well done Blues today, much more like the form before Xmas. It’s not hard, just get your foot in and show some passion and hopefully with a finishing touch.
We we were not great by the way but at least it’s something
Personally disagree. Believe there was a large stint of today where we seriously lacked effort. Subs changed the game though so well done Eustace on that.
Is there a single poor run of form in the history of football that hasn’t been casually waved away as “they just haven’t put in a shift”?
You do have to wonder why all these managers, coaches, and assorted other so called professionals, when faced with a poor run with their team, haven’t thought of telling the players to “run around more”.
english football's obsession with players who mainly run around a lot might explain why until quite recently we were technically behind other nations

Know james got the winner but duno if subs changed the game. Thought we wer atracking as much with the starting 11. Blackburn came out the blocks 2nd half, after tbat pretty even.
Didnt think Chang, James, Hogan, Hannibal and definatley Bacuna done more than the starting 11. Though Chong and especially Khadra done more tbh, and if Juke wernt past it could of had a hattrick on another day.

Agreed, was surprised with Khadra coming off but Hannibal did well when he came on.
