Yeah, a stadium that can extend would be perfect
Just referring to the original argument that we will never be able to average 25k, because of previous/current attendances, I don't know how predictions like that can be made
Fan bases can be grown, we've seen it with other clubs who have been ran properly and marketed their club, there's no reason why our new incoming owners cannot do the same in time.

This. Wigan always got slagged in the prem for having empty seats. They're a small club!
I heard on the Price of Football podcast that broadcasters don't like showing games if there are empty seats too, which I can understand. We seem to be on TV a lot though!
Its the premier league that's the attraction not a specific club, I've seen Spurs and Chelsea this season, you can buy a package just like going to the theatre, someone said 'football tourist's' that's exactly what fan's especially the young have become.
RibeyelowercaserAnd that is largely the problem.
'Are you going to see Blues at Wembley?'
'Too right - wouldn't miss it for the World!'
'Are you going to see Blues at St Andrews?'
'Eff that - I'll be in the pub!'
Totally agree. Bandwagon boys
The vast majority of our fans are "Big Day" fans, or occasional attenders. That's normal when you're shit. Most people don't want to spend money to have a shit day out in one of the shittest areas in the city.
With that said, I reckon there are easily 100k in Greater Birmingham who call themselves Blues, many of those casually of course. But we've got a massive, massive sleeping fanbase.
When the stadium is polished or a new one is built and the team is playing good football and winning more than losing, we'll be getting 25k very easily IMO.
Just seen West Brom are doing a season ticket in all 4 stands for £1 a game for under 17’s. Fair play to them, that’s superb.
Would be brilliant if we can do something similar, bums on seats, and a future generation of blues fans hooked.
put it right on the pitch, the rest will fall into place
