IanTRab C NesbittIanTNo problem for me but let’s face it others do find an excuse not to goAnd over the 2 years it's what, a 10% increase?
That compares very favourably to lots of other things in life.
Just the clubs energy bills increase will be soaking up that increase.
Yep.
People have different priorities though.
If they did a 10 game flexi ticket I'd sign up no problem.
They could potentially still do that closer to the season when season ticket sales are mostly done. It’s worth suggesting to them
Might do. With modern tech it ought be easily achievable, and I'd expect savvy business people to at least consider it.
They've been doing it in the US for years, even with the issue of graded games.
It gets more people (and money) committed.
The flexi ticket was actually available last season (and for most of the previous decade) if you sat in the main stand paddocks. It'll be interesting to see how many renew this season in those sections which have seen a huge hike in the price. £220/230 last season now £300 makes it an extra £4 per match and means folks who choose to sit there wont any longer have so much flexibility as they did last season where you could skip 8 or 9 matches and it was still worth having that season ticket
madTilton as gone up £70 as well. £13,a game still makes it an affordable optionThe flexi ticket was actually available last season (and for most of the previous decade) if you sat in the main stand paddocks. One thing that needs to be noted, is that the ladies matches are included in the price. Also under 21's played at St. A
I think the prices are reasonable, its the increase people are moaning about but compare the value with other teams and they are fine. Especially as you say can also attend ladies and u21's which i might take a few in just for an evenings entertainment.

There’s no increase though. They dropped significantly last season. They’re back to square one which is at a very very reasonable rate
That would work for me too. Hopefully something they will implement.

Had to be though really,
We want a better product, we’ve got to pay for it

Minimal If there is. Fans will always moan. Gives them an excuse not to go but will be first in the queue if we have any sort of success
That's very fair. And for those like me who wanted to use the cheap paddocks ST as a way to pick and choose games without fear of wasting too much dough they're obviously trying to encourage the likes of me to turn up more often to generate a fuller noisier atmosphere. Totally get it and on board. This season also there should be fewer midweek games than the world cup affected season in theory. I didn't mind a number of the Friday night games but some of the Tuesday ones last year just didn't appeal at all - and this reflected in the amount of space in the paddocks for those games
