Smarty, use the Three network. Cheap as chips, no contract and get 12gb roaming FOC.

Lebara. Runs on Vodafone which I find a much better network than 3 and is available on monthly contracts. Offers upto 30gb EU roaming per month.

I have BT.

Link not working - Google "BT roam like home"

It's easier to beg for forgiveness, than ask for permission.

I’m on Voda and I’ve been with them that long I get almost worldwide unlimited data included in my package.

I know some of their plans still include the “83 countries” as they now call it and it covers anywhere you’re ever likely to go.

Been with them 15 years now and I can’t fault them a bit. Signal never lets me down anywhere in the world I’ve been, the customer service is decent and I’ve never not got what I wanted, and I get a decent discount because I’ve been with them so long.

ID Network (Car phone Warehouse/Curry's), uses the Three network.

Unlimited texts and calls, 20Gb data, was £7 a month a couple of months back.

Try the Scottish Parliament, they'll cover up to £11k of roaming, if you keep shtum about it.

Go for an E-sim (from the app store) - cheap as chips cant go wrong. Keep your number and appears like a UK call. Job done.

Another Lebara recommendation, spend several months in Tenerife and the roaming is excellent. Purchased through MSE website £0.49/month for six months then £4.90/month thereafter.
