Btw. If anyone’s not familiar with the Birmingham Dispatch, it’s a new start up online publication from a former Birmingham Mail journalist who’s aiming to offer quality journalism for the local area.
It’s currently free but they’re currently looking for people to subscribe from the new year (hence the ‘Pledge Your Support’ link at the top of the article).
Worth supporting, I’d say. A few pledges/subscriptions from us and plenty of spreading the word could really help its development.
