Don’t blame Rooney, we’ve been shit for a decade and still 21.5k turned up yesterday to watch.
It would be stupid to blame Rooney for our long term decline, which is what those stats show. But it's perfectly legitimate to blame him for 13 mostly poor performances/results and the significant drop off in performance since being appointed.
It's okay to think he needs more time but to also accept he's done a poor job thus far.
Rowett and Eustace are responsible for huge chunks of those stats.
Maybe, but we’ve had far worse than both Rowett and Eustace in those years. We’ve had cotterill, Karanka, Zola, Clark, bowyer, all I’d argue are worse than Rowett and Eustace.
Who is culpable for the last 13 games because all we are doing at the moment is climbing up the tables of rubbish?
I suppose it depends how you define improving 🫣
Win %
Zola - 8.3
Rooney - 15.4
Karanka - 21.1
Cotteril - 25.9
Pep - 27.7
Clark - 28.4
Bowyer - 28.8
Redknap - 30.8
Oh and eustace was 33.3
Monk - 32.2
Rowett - 39.6
It is incredible with stats like these that we haven’t been relegated
Proves my point that does. Yes we played rubbish football under rowett, but we finished 10th twice, and was 7th when they sacked him. We’ve got nowhere near that since.

It's because we've not been relegated. Had we gone down we would have had a season where we wouldn't have lost as many in all likelihood.

That puts Redknapp in a far better light than he deserves. The pre-season he oversaw was an absolute shambles, and what went on generally that summer had massive short, medium and long term ramifications.
Other than Zola and Karanka he was worse for us than everyone else in that list (not including Rooney, whose record isn't final yet).
That's pretty depressing.
Here's Rooneys managerial stats

WR 26.5
At least we're consistent.

Bet this isn’t the post you thought you’d be making after 12/13 games of Rooney

To be fair the only persons stats i would say it’s fair to compare Rooney with are zolas.
