I said on here a few years ago that he should be the first name on the team sheet for England (before Jude came along).
He did seem to lose his way a little bit with injuries, illness and I always got the impression he had a few off the field things holding him back.

I guess it depends how you measure a career. He’s won the full set of club trophies at 23. Jude has all the notoriety and individual fame a player could hope for but has only won a German cup (admittedly 3 yrs younger).
Has a player in football history had a better trophy record than Foden aged 23?
