Unfair to blame Rooney. Blame the idiot owners who appointed him someone who has achieved no success as a manager, just because he is a name. Another failure of football authorities in determining who is a proper person or organisation to run a football club.
1. It wasn't the owners who appointed Rooney it was Cook.
