If they were handed down, anyone they beat in the FA cup would have a claim as well as they were prevented from progressing.

Yep - my point was it isnβt an FA enquiry so, unless one is set up by the FA, any cup wins are not included.
Itβs all hypothetical at the moment anyway - will probably take years to come to any kind of conclusion.
