Hope so he looked a very good player under JE even chipped in with a couple of assists and defensively he isn’t too bad at all, seen less of him going forwards under WR and he’s also been injured,

I'm not sure whether Stansfield's presence today would actually confirm that he's staying for the rest of the season.
Probably of more significance is whether he chooses to play against Hull in the FA Cup (and thus "cup ties" himself) on Saturday
