Once you sign into the ticketing website history is under view account menu > account management > account history
to see your purchase history:
when signed in, click on the little icon of a man next to the basket symbol (top right)
Select view account menu,
Click on account management, then account history
there you go
Had to email Cal for me to have the ability to buy our tickets together and vice versa. Sorted now but some kind of update has made it more difficult than it should be

googled it. the website isn't bad, although admittedly the eticketing website is separate so maybe this info isn't there

Criteria for each tier can be viewed below:
Platinum: 19 or more away matches attended in 2022/23, as per their client reference
Gold: 10-18 away matches attended in 2022/23, as per their client reference
Silver: 6-9 away matches attended in 2022/23, as per their client reference
Bronze: 4-5 away matches attended in 2022/23, as per their client reference
It really should be prioritised.

Revenues need to increase and any stumbling blocks removed asap.
Surely they are aware of the issue.

The e ticketing site design,flow,layout response, info, pointers is appalling and yet it's a major source of revenue .
You gotta make it easy for punters to spend money.
