I know the phrase has kind of taken on a life of it's own and everyone has their own interpretation of what it means but the bit from 2:55 pretty much encapsulates my interpretation of "no fear football."
Play your own game, be brave, look to dominate the ball, look to play on the front foot and force other teams to adapt their game around you. Most importantly, go into every game with the belief that you will win it.
On top of that, he repeatedly stresses that "that is where we hope to get to." It's not something that will happen immediately and it would be foolish to expect it to.
