The 3rd Monday is supposedly recognised as the most depressing day of the year and known as
‘Blue Monday’
Judging by the people at work today I would say it’s definitely true

I thought it was the Monday of the last full week of January, but I have now found out(Wikipedia) it can be 2nd or 4th Monday and there is a calculation for it.
But yes it is a great tune.
