Set small achievable goals
Treat setbacks as learnings and go again

Buy a half season ticket for the Blues, then you will realise how happy you were.
Or
Go and see the Anti Nowhere League that should cure your malaise.
Keep ringing the club telling them your Tickets haven't turned up. When they sort your tickets tell em it's ok I'm going nowhere.

You can Google "Free days out" and enjoy those. Set goals for your home, health and work. Make a plan and stick to it
