Is it 11pm Thursday 1st that it closes for EFL? I know it is for the Premiersip. Do free transfers have even longer? Different sites give different answers.
Yes, the EFL window also closes 11PM Thursday, the same as the Prem. I believe English teams can sign a free agent at any point during the season so long as the player was released by their most recent club during or before the previous transfer window
