I think most of the reports are commercially sensitive and therefore would not be broadcast, when I worked at the council and attended meetings that was normally what happened. It’s rubber stamping exercise the report will be approved, all the donkey work in terms of officer and councillor support will of already taken place
Hopefully it's all approved by the council then, long term it is probably a good thing.
