Money isn’t the only consideration for a council.

If this gets done it will probably offer the city much more than the developer may have without seeing their plans.

The Tory’s a hypocrite loads of Tory councils block investment often to keep things as they are

There are quite a lot of units and ex Factory space lying idle or being used under capacity in East Birmingham which could be redeveloped.

Building more will just lead to more of this old stock lying Idle.

The Road links are not great to Wheels Site.

We lack a Multi Purpose Sports complex and International standard Stadium. Something that will hopefully attract much footfall to the city for decades.

Get the point about the money Libraries and Services should not be closing for such small amounts.

Central Goverment could do more to help. Mistakes have been made but we are in the now.

Personally the 10% rise doesn’t bother me. The last 15 years or so I don’t think it’s gone up enough. I’m probably in the minority I’d rather pay more than see services go.
