philly_bluenoseNew Year's Day at Bramall Lane 1984ish. We won 4-2 (I think) scoring 3 goals in about 10 minutes. I had a severe hangover.
It was 4-3 and I'm sure it was goalless at half time and we were 0-2 down after an hour. I went public on one of those specials as I recall the escort back to the station being a bit naughty
Was my all time favourite game until.....

UP not public ... damn predictive typing when still half asleep
bluepeterSouthampton 1983, Mick Harford and more Blues on the pitch than not!
Great day that. In the park in the sunshine before the game having a beer and Micks goal.
Dingles 2 Blues 3
Millwall 0 Blues 6
Palace 0 Blues 4
Liverpool 2 Blues 2 (2002)
Derby 2 Blues 2 (2015)
Herefordshire Cider BoozerTranmere is up there. Sunderland at Roker FA Cup won 2-1. Liverpool FA Cup replay that went to pens. 3-1 at the Baggies Adebola. Probably more. Maybe Huddersfield tomorrow for some 💪
Go along with all of them and some others mentioned (along with Carlisle away midweek, latest I ever got back from a game).
Favourite though was the Leyland Daf semi-final at Brentford and Simon Sturridge's winner late on. The elation knowing I would be going to see Blues at Wembley for the first time in my lifetime after it hit the back of the net was just immense and although been back 3 times since, just getting there for the first time for me, was the greatest moment of supporting Blues.

The first 3 games at VP in the PL 0-2, 2-2, 1,2
0-7 at Stoke
1-2 at West Ham. Our first PL away win.
O-2 at Charlton to almost confirm staying up with a Dugarry backheel.I
2-3 at Wxlvxs with a last minute Doyle penalty save to almost seal promotion.
1-3 at Spurs with Adebola smashing them up.
A 1-2 at Gillingham to go top of the Championship under Francis. We were awfuland won with 10, but it was great.
0-1 at Bristol City under Harry to stay up.
2-2 at Bolton.

Excellent list. I’d add 0-4 against Chester when Daish was booked for blowing a trumpet.
And 0-4 again at Roots Hall under Bruce when we got promoted in 2005/06. The game was around Christmas. And the 1-5 at Fulham where Andrew Shinnie looked like Pirlo.
I didn't go to this one but the 1-5 at Newcastle in the FA Cup. Anyone go to that?
That was class, wasn’t it on BBC one too?
