This. Juke will score goals in League One, it will be typical blues that we release him then he signs for Wrexham or Stockport and scores 15 goals for them

My view would be could the likes of Juke, Gardner and Ruddy do a job for us in League One and possibly offer a one year contract on that basis but it wouldn’t upset me if they went

This. We are far to sentimental as a fanbase. We are a business and need to be run like one. Very few of our academy players make much of an impact after leaving. In the last 20 years only Jude and Amari Bell have achieved anything at a higher level. We need to build a more competitive culture where mediocrity is not good enough.
