It is a chance for a fresh start to make a new identity for ourselves, playing style matters especially since we’re down here because we tried to change the playing style in the first place.
Oh for gawd's sake, I wish this tango faced twerp would just feck off.

He’s basically reiterated everything we all think tbh.
He's half right but when he's saying we must go for points over style he's forgetting that we can do both
That should be the aim, as it'll give us a better chance of going up again

Weirdly I think he's got a bit of a soft spot for us. I used to dislike him immensely, but genuinely think he talks a fair bit of sense.
problem is Mowbray was perfect on both counts, and if he was fit for the job, relatively risk free.
all of the other names mentioned so far carry a lot more risk when the priority has to be promotion above everything.

The day when Simon Jordan starts making sense on football is the day when I will lose all interest in the game.
Narcissistic poseur. Specialist subject, stating the bleedin' obvious.
By his own admission he watches very little football and it shows.
I like him and Danny Murphy on talksport.. most of the rest say a lot without saying anything.
In a world of yes man, hes one of the few that says it how he sees it.

He’s his own man and a straight talker.
I reckon he could be a nause to have him round you in the boozer for more than half an hour but he always puts himself over very well on the radio

👏👏👏
I don't understand the people who like or rate him. His schtick is to be deliberately contrary. I guess every now and then, he'll get some things right.

Only if the players are good enough.

That's a separate debate, the recruitment team will be signing 15 new players, with the biggest budget the league has ever seen, if those players they sign aren't good enough to get points in the third division playing good football then that's on them.
We have to plan and appoint on the basis that they will be good enough, otherwise we might as well give up.
Who cares what Simon Jordon thinks.
KRO FEA
he's still got a bee in his bonnet about us pinching Brucey 20 years ago
had a rant about McKenna leaving Ipswich too and compared it to Bruce leaving him for us.
