A bit of hunting on the site gets to the Blues TV FAQ and I followed the instruction to delete cache and cookies. I did that and left the webpage completely and went back in and saw there was now a log-in next to profile. So logged in but did nothing with any registering.
Then a few hours later when the game was due to start, opened up the homepage to see that I'm still logged in and was able to watch the match.
Where or how to see my profile info is still a mystery but at least the subscription is active and not broken.

Same experience for me, except there was no sign I was actually logged in after I entered my details. The “sign in” button was still there. Anyway, when game time came, the stream worked and that’s the main thing. Hopefully they’ll iron out the wrinkles before the next match.

Yes, it seems to be, as you can buy single game ticket to watch overseas, and audio in the UK.
Received another email from BluesTV saying it’s cancelled my annual subscription due to my ‘Request”. This is the third such email I’ve received and at no point have I requested a cancellation.

Is anyone else receiving these erroneous cancellation emails from BluesTV?

It seems Ticketing and BluesTV are not yet inline with the all the brilliant stuff going on at the Club. Here’s hoping this changes.
