Yes, the EFL wouldnt let him be involved he wouldn’t pass the owners and directors test.
I think he would still show up somehow in a “consultancy” position but there would be a lot of scrunity so he would quickly disappear 🫠

A lot of the people pushing that theory said Sullivan would come in when he was allowed to sell West Ham; he’s done neither.

At the time loads said the same, grasping at straws - I was more of the opinion he said nothing as he was laughing too hard at the very idea of it.
He either wasn’t trying to save us, or he was trying to give us Bassini, either way, more evidence that he just loves the club.
