One of my lads is a big Plymouth fan and he trotted out this stat ,
he reckons if you lived in Plymouth and went to every away game , you would have done more than 7,000 miles before you last saw them win away .
no idea if its true but..............
It looks it based on a rough estimate.
They last won away at Rotherham in April.
Even their most local away game is pretty much a two hour trip each way to Bristol Ciy.
If you live in Cornwall you could easily add an hour to get to Plymouth aa well.
There can't be many who go to every game who don't have jobs connected to the club in some way.

Retired folks perhaps?
Quite often see coach loads of em in the services on m5 by M50 even when they were well in the doldrums. Good fans.

Why would their fans need jobs connected to the club to do every game? They still play the bulk of their games on a Saturday or a Sunday like the rest of us don't they?
That is a mad stat and some of those trips to Places like Leeds, Boro and Sunderland would soon rack up a few miles.
At least today they just got a nice easy jaunt up the M5 to Bristol.
Fortunately they do not have to go as far north as Cribbs so will avoid all of the idiots who love a big Q (and cause huge hold ups) just to get in to park and then buy stuff they really don't need.
I bet Norwich away midweek wasn't a bundle of fun.
So far this season they’ve lost to the Owls 4-0, the Buebirds 5-0 and the Canaries 6-1.
I’ll be disappointed if the Robins don’t get 7 today
4-0 now.
Dogheads getting pumped thanks to a hat trick of pelantys too.
Argyle now shipped 10 goals in 5 days, absolutely horrrific for Rooney.
I don't think Plymouth's manager is very good
I think we can safely add 240 miles to the 7,000+.

Who would have thought it.
