Looking at the stadium map the Kop and Tilton are probably 75% sold out and the club have opened up the GML Block 5 for home support.

Can't imagine Lincoln are bringing much more than 1k so we're probably looking at 13/14000 for Saturday. Not too bad considering the early cup rounds don't really attract great attendances for us and it's hardly the tie of the round!

Looking like a reasonable amount of tickets sold. Not sure that everyone who has purchased will actually turn up but should still be ok for a 3rd round tie 👍🏻
Turn left when you get on a plane.

Especially if they don’t realise it’s a 12pm kickoff ( as I did yesterday🙄)

There will be thousands of who have bought a ticket who won’t go.

Won’t count as a game attended unless ticket is scanned, or so I’ve been told

I got told it counted regardless of whether they were scanned or not for the earlier cup games.

Not sure whether it’s deliberate but there’s a slight change in the wording. previously said tickets purchased for cup games count as an away point, but this week they’ve been saying cup games attended when talking about Saturday.

This is correct...

I had an e mail with a survey last week about the Christmas matches (Boxing Day and 29th) asking what was the reason for not attending one of them...

C14,000 should be good. Sheff Utds home average similar to ours (see below) and only 6,126 turned up tonight. £15 ticket price too

That might work for home games but how do they know which away games were attended rather than purchased? I went to Sutton, I’d be stunned if the data at the turnstile there comparing purchased to attended made it back to Blues in any usable format.

At Exeter in the BSM some of the turnstiles weren't working so you only had to show your ticket.

I'd say the club can only monitor the home cup games along with the away ticket pick ups at the ground if you get picked out to be checked.

Same as at Shrewsbury (in the league), people could have easily got in with a Vertu Trophy ticket as they certainly weren’t closely inspected. You wouldn’t have known that until you got to the turnstile mind, and it may have only been one turnstile.

they cant

only outside chance of this being in place would be for the Wrexham game as they only issue digital away tickets

So why does the website talk about £2 postage??

maybe they haven't been arsed to change the standard spiel

or Wrexham are issuing paper tickets for the first time?

dunno
