What people overlook is that most if not all of our lads will end up playing at a similar level to RCW (step 4) so it's not hugely surprising that they often lose these kind of matches Vs men's teams.
Villa OTOH completely murdered Sutton Town recently (also Step 4 - in mid table along with RCW) suggesting they are light years ahead in terms of player recruitment and development.
