This has annoyed me for a long time ... look at the screenshot below ...



The thread "Youngsters" has 17 posts ... enough to send it on to a second page. If it is highlighted as having new posts (by the starring) but i can't click directly on to page 2 to read the latest ones - i have to re-open the whole thread and THEN click through to the second page

On the other thread shown there are 209 posts and i can easily just click straight on to page 14 to see the latest posts.

So the issue is, why doesn't it list 2 page threads as having two pages ? ... and it only starts the page listing count at 3 pages ?


PS ... this is on Windows 10 using both Edge and Chrome

The issue does still stand though.
Though it's not exactly a big issue considering there is the view last post star.

Posts with 2 pages don't show a 1,2.

I genuinely didn't know that the "star" was anything other than just indicative .. i didn't realise that it had a clickable function

Jameron sums up my original point though. It still stands i suppose, but the "click the effin star" method gets round it

I'm glad that I read this thread - I didn't know that either. And yes, I am an idiot.
