Madeira BlueSheep2I don't think Burnley are that bad.
I have not seen them play many times this season but when I have, the defending was worse than awful, an absolute disgrace. The midfield looks ok and they do create chances up front but Burnley's forwards couldn't hit a barn door.
Sounds like blues.
Had Arsenal to score 5 at 9/2.
I thought that was generous as Arsenal would see this as a game to rack up their goal difference but I never thought it would be done before half time
Tom TheProject BradyAs a matter of interest, only one club has ever scored double figures away from home in a league match.
Sheffield United.
In what? The history of the Football League? There’s no way that’s true.
Yes it is... English Football league / Premier.

You have cited a few "very rare" examples. The most recent being during WW1

What's your point?... we are talking about records that exist... they do.
And the ones cited are the records - there will be other high scores below those.
Yes, i know it's not recent... but then we were discussing history not recent.
Super HansJust shows the sheer gap you have to bridge when you go up.
Indeed
Trusty, Hamer and Archer isnt exactly going to help much with that though
I remember the 7-0 win at Stoke. At the end of the match I was annoyed that we stopped playing for about 20 mins after 5-0, and could have easily hit 10.
Bunch of jokers. I had arsenal 6-1 at 50/1. Why couldn't they just let them score

This is why I love SHA, I had no idea of that fact, and I shall share it far and wide.
Nikola ZigicI wonder if there's any chance of getting Trusty in the summer
Don’t effing want him. If we stay up should be aiming for better. Looked very very poor at prem level. Surely there is better out there tbh
