6 months ago the club was dying on it's feet. Half closed shite hole of a ground ,no money,permanently circling the plug holes of relegation and financial ruin with a board nobody trusted or wanted.
Now look at us. Attendances on the up ,commercial revenue increasing,national press exposure unprecedented,the ground looking clean and repaired .
The owners have said where they want to take us and seem to be putting their money where their mouths are with the employment of staff like Rooney ,O'Shea and Cole.
If they do by any chance read any of the stuff posted on here and other social media platforms as well as the vile abuse dished out on Wednesday they must be scratching their heads at what they have got into.
Not sure its shortsighted garbage to suggest the mishandling of his appointment pissed off the fans and now Rooney is taking the brunt of it.
