PRBlueI would try to get through this season without making any knee jerk transfers. A few loans will be fine. Spending a tonne of gas to finish 10th rather than 16th does not make much sense to me.Our owners might have loads of cash but due to FFP it just doesn’t work like that and if there is any spare for January we have bigger priorities than goalkeepers. Massive difference when Stansfield came off today. That’s where the priority is.

Totally agree with you in terms of not going crazy this transfer window coming up but we are absolutely screwed if anything happens to Stansfield. Juke, Hogan and Burke are simply not good enough. Get a striker on loan for the remainder of the season who can do similar to Stansfield as a sub and cover just in case.
It’s a lot to ask a young player like Stansfield to do what he is doing now for the rest of the season. A lot of people have said if we could get a pacy mobile forward - wouldn’t have to be a world beater as a goal scorer but someone who can get on the ball and link play - it would be a great boost, we all know that but it’s a tough one to pull out the bag.
Absolutely. Very difficult to find someone else who can do what Stansfield does but the way we are set up and play so much depends on his pace and mobility. If he did get imjured we haven’t got anybody who could get close to replacing him as things stand.
Did that 3rd goal take a little deflection ?-If it did then Ruddy may not be the villain {sorry} that he's being portrayed as . If it didn't then he should have got to it .
