Who is the leader on the pitch? Sanderson was dreadful tonight, not for the first time this season either. We just don’t have a leader in that team who when things ain’t going well leads by example with an over my dead body attitude.
Said it after the Plymouth game - we don't have any leaders - nobody to rally them when they are under pressure. The bench are too passive for my liking too.
