There was a fella on Twitter who said he drove past the training ground and stopped to watch for 5 minutes. Ashley Cole supposedly taking a very active role in training was what he reported.

they are not development coaches. they are analysts or sports science/fitness guys
How do you go about picking a team for Saturday when you come in on the Monday? You'd surely take the advice of the coaches already there and setup quite pragmatically.
