I emailed ticket office and they are refunding the tickets price to my account. But they asked if I wanted to opt out of cup scheme. What is this?
I can confirm we have opted you out of the scheme and have refunded the full amount of £69.50 back to the card ending in 3514.
Please allow 7 - 10 working days for this to arrive in your bank account.

Well done Blues Ticket Office for swiftly addressing this.
The Cup Scheme is for season ticket holders. If you opt in to the scheme then League Cup and FA Cup tickets (for Home ties) are automatically sent to you - providing you also have 'stored', with bcfc, a valid payment method such as a credit card.
