That plus his injuries is why we could afford him!
I don't think he ever got much of a run there though, between Bamford's form and Robert's injuries - it might be that a sustained run would see him click in front of goal. If not at least is all-round play was good, since non-scoring strikers are our thing.

He did but he used him in pretty much every attacking position - he was always behind Bamford for striker, despite both seeming to think it was Robert's best position.
It is not a "definitive pronouncement" on him just my observation.
In the games he has played can any one remember him making a full on sprint or heavy challenge to win the ball. Anderson is coming back from injury and looks far more involved in the minutes he has played.
Hopefully he will very soon be up to speed and if he could run for Belisa then he must be a good athlete so fingers crossed for him.
