To put it in some context, Maxime Colin played more games for us than Rodwell has played in his entire career…. He’d nearly played as many as Rodwell has during his career before he joined us as well.

“Stealing a living” is a bit harsh but an absolutely incredible waste of money on (allegedly) £70k a week would be fair…

Supposedly his contract didn't have a relegation clause, so he was earning higher end Premier League wages in the Championship and only played 2 games all season, then they paid off the last year of his contract.

None of that was the player's fault.

Jamie O'Hara and Roger Johnson were on massive wages in League One as well.

And if the worst happens we’ll be there because we deserve to be there. No team is too big to go down, bet the vile thought that before they got relegated from the prem.

This all day long. We have been as lucky as hell over the last few years to survive. If this is our year we deserve it
The fact that Jellyfish have survived for 500 million years without a brain, must give hope to a lot of people

The contract wasn't but the attitude that caused him not to play was, in my opinion.

Didn't want to play for Sunderland, wouldn't leave if it meant he didn't get his £70k a week.

Its good that there will be not much competition next season.
