There’s a million things about tonight’s game that makes me think it’ll be “typical Blues.” I’m trying to believe that we’ve moved on from all that crap now though so I’ll be positive and say a slightly nervy 2-1 win.

Everyone thinks their team does this and they also ignore the games when we don't lose as part of teams bad long runs.

I stand to be corrected but I do know what you mean by this. I cannot be bothered to research it but I think our points per game return per home game from midweek matches in recent seasons is a fair bit below that of last weekend games.

Looking through results incredibly hard game to predict, Blackburn looking great v Wrexham in the cup and abysmal a few weeks previously, and on occasions since, then throw in a total new manager bounce for them along with Mowbray still in his early days, then add in the return of a former manager who knows most of our players inside out, our strengths and weaknesses and maybe with a point to prove to the owners.
