Hansson is fast and direct, but that often won't help against teams sitting deep and trying to win 0-0. We will face that a lot.
The way to break those sides down is often by an individual taking two or three opponents out of the game and creating chaos. Dembele can do that. If he ever learns to beat two blokes then pass it to someone in the gaps he has created he will destroy defensive blocks.
He is a complete maverick, but you can use that.
Yeah, there will 100% be times where we need someone to go past someone in order to create gaps, we're not gonna be able to pass through everyone.
On the basis that Miyoshi doesn't go past people, and Hansson seems more of a 'one two off the forward' type, it would be good to have an option who runs at people and goes past them at pace
I hope we keep him and he can fit into CD's way of playing. If he can fit into the system, and CD is happy to use him then we could have a very dangerous player on our hands. He also has the potential to move up through the leagues with us.

I slated him last year when he didn't track back and cost us points, but in the friendly which he started the other day, he put as much effort as anyone else into the press and wasn't being passive - he put his foot in and made contact each time. I think this manager will be super clear on whats expected and if he stays I think he'll be a different player (without the ball).
With the ball he's always had the quality to make something happen, even when the opposition are all set in their practiced block. Can't believe I'm saying this but I hope we keep him and he proves that a few mistakes last year won't define his Blues career

Unless he is pushing hard to move or we have a better alternative lined up then we should keep him. We don't need to turn a profit on players at the expense of the squad.
