This season is the litmus test of who actually understands football, pay close attention to these people...

Let’s face it though, plenty of people on sha and social media in general, simply don’t have a clue

At times I thought he looked like he had his boots on the wrong feet.

I think I'm just going to shut up and wait until the Wrexham game. I'm clearly way off the consensus at the moment.

You're not alone. I thought he had a really poor game. Gave possession away constantly and just didn't look comfortable at all.

Whether that was because he was playing at fullback or whether it was just a bad game for him, I don't know but it was the opposite of his first game when he looked really tidy on the ball.

Are we over hyping Wrexham. Yes it’ll be a hard game and we haven’t hit anywhere near the heights I think we’re capable of for a whole match. I read one comment on another site saying they were dreading playing Wrexham. Respect a team yes, but have a bit of confidence in a team that has shown at times we are head and shoulders above.

We've much better players than them, but they have a lot of continuity, are very happy not having the ball (lowest possession in the league so far), have pace up front and size at the back, and are on the crest of a wave. This early on into our journey it is a test, our biggest so far, given they arguably have the perfect style to go up against the current version of Blues.

Given the above, if we come through it and our quality prevails, then HMRC Piss the League will be setting off.

'Dreading' is rather hysterical mind, I don't dread playing anyone

What pace do they have? I thought they had Ollie Palmer and Jack Marriott up front?

Don't half miss him when he's injured...

And some people don’t half moan about him when he’s plays
The fact that Jellyfish have survived for over 500 million years without a brain, must give hope to a lot of people

Marriott can shift can't he? I presume Faal will get some minutes. Main point being they like not having the ball, doesn't mean they'll be able to stop us mind. They also have a lot of size + long throws and good set piece delivery and we have two flappy keepers.

I'm not saying we should be fretting, I'm just pointing out some features of the game that are problematic, hopefully our quality and squad is simply too much.

I think Marriott probably could shift half a decade ago, not sure about now but we'll see. Where their speed might come is playing the ball direct and fast - as you say - which could be the way to catch out our high-press centre-backs. I was just looking at their line-ups for the past few games and thought it looked like a load of cloggers. Palmer is only just quicker than Juke. Let's hope Klarer can stick to Palmer and win plenty of headers to negate their main outlet.
