So what’s your opinion of the level where he’ll end up?

Saying we should add pace to the team is not really a revelation is it.

Mo Salah and TTA. That’s a wild comparison.

TTA? Is Dong back in training 😛
Tell you what that crack is really moreish.

Yet he’s played there for 4 years and their team is not far above the relegation zone. I’m not sure how people can be so convinced and don’t believe they have seen him or them that much - and even then ‘potential to get on our bench’ doesn’t scream out certainty to me, but no doubt Barry Fry will be pleased at the money he can probably squeeze out of the usual clamour he seems able to create. Bold statement re Kone.

We’ve got to buy that Reading player who scored against us anyway.

I’m using the Spanish version 😁

Thought Keshi was one of our only bright sparks today. He's been a star all season and now we've got people writing him off ffs

I watched a lower D1 center back make up 5 yards to catch him over 20 on a through ball. I enjoyed him this season but we really need more pace in the final third.
So because he’s in league one, their centre half can’t be quick?

He’s comfortably a championship player just unsure if he has the potential to be a top end championship player.

Of course he can. And he suited that bigger pitch.

He will be a good option off the bench, we definitely need better if we’re looking at playoffs/automatics though.

I was really hot on Rak Sakyi but even he has struggled to make things happen in a dominant Sheffield united team.

It’s not going to be easy finding the type we need for the money we’re willing to spend. Not sure what Palace would want but i suspect somewhere close to £10m.

I’m not calling for Poku because he’s played well in one or two games against us. I’m calling for him because I feel he’s the profile of player we need.

Quick, creative and skillfull. The fact that he’s a right winger who is left footed is my biggest attraction to him though because tactically I think that could work wonders.

At the very top of the game for me part of the reason Salah is such a threat is because of Trent and I would love to see that replicated.

I don’t think that should be discounted because he’s currently a league one player. The same wider net argument is what got us Thor and he has got quite a bit of adjusting to English football to do once he finally gets some rest this summer.

I did think thor needed bit more time adjusting but it's gone past that. He hasn't got the attributes for the championship, his to slow and can never get the ball out his feet. Reminds me of a poor man's Andrew shinnie, with the attributes he has he would suit Scottish football.

Yeah I was trying to be kind.

But yeah let’s keep casting our nets and signing the next Thor, yeah he wasn’t only playing in the third tier of English football 🙄

The comparison is tactically speaking only there’s no comparison otherwise. Davies ball at the moment depends on Laird on a fullback high and wide at least and that threat would be much greater if they had to worry about an inverted winger also.

Just as Trent’s threat is greater because teams have to worry about Salah and Salah’s threat is greater because they have to worry about Trent (obviously this most likely will not be the case next season)

His ceiling? I would say bottom of the premier league bno higher but that should not be reason we don’t sign him as I’d say that the highest ceiling we’ve currently got if I’m honest. Mid table prem at a push.

There’s no science to that btw I just asked myself do I ever see Crysfal Palace (replace mid table prem side here) wanting to sign him and go from there.

The pace, strength and athleticism needed to play at the top keeps increasing and he’s not exactly greatly lacking either.

Everyone writing Big Willi off due to a dip in form since his injury. Blues currently play their cards close to their chest regarding the fitness of players. Wouldn't surprise me if he's carrying something.

I’ve been saying he isn’t quick enough all season but I’m constantly reading he’s ok and one of our quicker players.

He is ok and one of our quicker players that’s why we have to add a lot of pace to our squad for next season

It's not a dip in form, it's practically the Mariana trench.

I'd replace Laird personally. Great athlete, carries a ball well but I never have any expectation that it's going to result in a goal.

He ( Keshi) has been excellent this season , we are a much better side with him in it .He was one of our better players in a crap championship year where he was hindered by injury .

He isn't slow ,Laird aside who would you pick to be quicker than him in this side ? He also has a great engine on him so will do his work defensively.

He was our best player in the first half on Sunday, and had the beating of their full back.We just didn't switch the ball out to him enough .

He will be with us next season , and it will be the same as this year. The same armchair Alf Ramsey's telling us he is not good enough .Then he will get a run in the side and the same experts will be saying " why haven't we been playing Keshi "

It amazes me after Sunday he is a player who was been singled out in a thread for criticism.
