It doesn't mean I wouldn't. Prefer cheaper tickets, but I don't find an extra £1 or £2 on a ticket makes much difference to the overall cost of an away game.

No, an extra £1/£2 probably doesn’t make difference to most fans for the odd game..but over the course of the season, it could total £40. And besides, it’s about the principle: there is absolutely no need for Championship clubs to charge away fans - or home fans - more than £30.

That price seems ok to me?

What do they expect to pay to help sustain a Championship football club?
Shit ground, shit parking, shit fans.

Just paid £35+booking fee for Boro @ home

I think it is right that home and away fans should pay the same for equivalent seats.

Apart from that surely clubs should be free to set their own prices? If they charge too much people won't go.

The cost of football compares ok to a concert or going to the theatre, which i'd say are equivalent live activities.

Not really, because you are pretty much guaranteed what you are going to get at a play or a concert. You're guaranteed eff all at a football game.

I like rubbish music as well as rubbish football, so I am not guaranteed a good time at either.

They should pay players what they can afford. That’s the problem. Charging fans £40 isn’t the solution

The price of a ticket has nothing to do with a club at this level's wage budget.

I'd say it does. Incomings/outgoings/demand for tickets/desire to fill the ground and build a fanbase

I've tried these things in the past and the quality, even with VM Volt broadband, looks awful compared to the real thing.

Besides, it's stealing from grass roots sport and I will no longer do that.

I'm a bit of a picture snob, we invested in an expensive LG Oled 4k last year and some of the filums on Virgin, Sky, Netflix, Prime look bloody amazing. If the quality is ropey I'd rather pay extra.

I meant I don’t use IPTV.

I'm still with Virgin too - never heard of IPTV tbh. Might be worth a look when the contract is up then. Is it legal? if so - an idiots guide would be much appreciated, via DM please thank you.

It's not legit. If that's important to you, then forget about it.

Cheers mate, yeah it is important tbh. Oh well.
